It has a strong position in child and adolescent mental health, especially with ÇEGOMER (Child, Adolescent and Youth Mental Health Center). NP Istanbul had a very strong scientific infrastructure; However, this value was not visible enough digitally. The content remained academic and had difficulty reaching a wide audience. The brand had a digital presence well below its authority.
We completely restructured the content strategy. We simplified the academic language; We moved the contents to the "problem → awareness → solution" structure. Prof. Dr. We focused on the content created with Nevzat Tarhan. We used reels and short video formats aggressively, creating parent-targeted series focusing on ÇEGOMER.
The brand is not just a hospital; It was positioned as a source of information and a center of trust. Organic reach grew by 320% in 6 months. The increase in save and share rates revealed that the content has real value for the target audience.
Video Production
Video content system that makes expertise visible and builds trust
NP Istanbul's strongest muscle was its expert staff and scientific knowledge. However, this value was not used systematically on the video side. The shots were irregular, the editing was not standard, and the content was lost in the first second due to the lack of a hook.
We built the video strategy on 3 axes: expert speeches (authority), format for answering patient questions (immediacy), awareness and social issues (viral potential). Fixed concept set-up, hook-driven intros and Reels + YouTube compatible editing have been standardized.
NP Istanbul has turned into a health brand that is watched, shared and referenced on the video side. Video views tripled, average watch time increased by 55%. The number of viral content increased significantly in the 100K+ views segment.
