Call Analysis AI listens to clinic phone calls, produces structured insights and tells the clinic: This month, 47 patients stopped calling before asking this question. If you change this, your conversion rate will increase.

2. Online Consultation Note Taking AI
Patients coming from abroad usually request online consultation before and after the operation. These interviews contain critical documents from both medical and administrative perspectives. But right now, this process is largely manual: the doctor takes notes during the meeting or writes down what he remembers later.
MeduAI360's Ambient Scribe module processes these conversations in real time. It automatically detects the language of the conversation, converts the speech into a transcript, and creates a structured clinical summary.
As soon as the interview is over, the following information is available to the doctor: the symptoms stated by the patient, the questions he asked, the information given and the recommended next steps.
